Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 August 2026
Who we are, and what this covers
DIToolbox is a clan-management tool for Diablo Immortal — roster planning for Shadow War and Tower War, stats tracking, event coordination and build comparison. It is operated by an individual (a sole trader) based in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”).
These terms apply when you use DIToolbox, whether or not you pay for it. By using the service you accept them. How we handle personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
Contact: our YouTube channel (@MarblesDI).
Accounts and access
Sign-in is via Discord. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord account secure.
Clan management is delegated: a clan's leader and officers can add, edit and remove characters, record attendance, and enter or amend stats on behalf of their members. If you join a clan on DIToolbox, you accept that its officers can see and edit your clan-related data. We are not responsible for how a clan runs itself.
We may suspend or remove access for abuse, attempts to access another clan's data, or anything that puts the service or its users at risk.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are sold as monthly, 3-monthly, annual or lifetime access. Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable tax.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller on record, handles billing and tax, and their terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details.
Recurring plans renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and cancelling does not refund the current period. We may change prices for future renewals, and will give at least 30 days' notice before a renewal at a new price.
What an active subscription includes
A subscription is not just access to what exists today. For as long as it is active, it includes our ongoing support and maintenance of the platform: keeping it running and hosted, fixing faults within the windows below, and adapting it as Discord and Diablo Immortal change. Improvements we make during your subscription are available to you at no extra cost.
It does not include bespoke work for your clan: one-to-one calls, guided setup, data migration, or development to order. Those are the separately priced Setup Support Packages described below, and buying a subscription does not entitle you to them.
Lifetime access — what it means
“Lifetime” means for as long as the service runs. It is a one-off payment for access without a recurring fee, for as long as we operate DIToolbox.
We may discontinue DIToolbox. If we do, we will give lifetime holders at least 90 days' notice and make your clan's data available to export before access ends.
Lifetime access covers the clan-management service as it evolves. It is tied to the clan it was bought for and is not transferable.
Setup support packages
Setup packages (Basic, Expert, Pro) are a service sold separately from access, delivered over Discord and, where stated, a scheduled call. Call slots are limited and offered subject to availability.
Stated response times are a target, not a guarantee or a service level agreement. We aim to reply within 1–2 working days; UK public holidays and announced absences are excluded.
The Pro package includes a discussion of importing data you already hold about your clan, and may include development work arising from it. Any such work is undertaken at our sole discretion. It is no guarantee that a specific feature will be built, that it will be built to a particular design, or that it will be delivered by a particular date. Nothing in a support package obliges us to implement a requested change, and any feature we do build becomes part of DIToolboxfor all users rather than software owned by you.
Support packages are one-off purchases and are not refundable once the work has begun, except where the law requires otherwise.
Refunds and your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw and receive a refund.
Because DIToolbox is supplied digitally and available straight away, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that doing so ends that 14-day right once supply has begun. This is how the law treats digital content and services supplied immediately, and it applies to subscriptions, lifetime access and setup packages alike.
This does not affect your statutory rights where the service is faulty or not as described. Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; contact us first and we will help.
Availability
DIToolbox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis with no guaranteed uptime. It is operated by one person and depends on third-party services — Discord, our hosting provider and others — which can fail or change without warning.
We may change, add or remove features, and may take the service down for maintenance. We will avoid doing so during a clan's scheduled event where we reasonably can.
Reporting and fixing problems
If something is wrong, tell us first via our YouTube channel (@MarblesDI), with enough detail for us to reproduce it. We ask for a reasonable opportunity to fix a problem before you cancel or seek a refund.
Our repair windows, running from the point we can reproduce the problem:
- Major faults — the service, or a core part of it, is substantially unusable for your clan: we aim to provide a fix or a workaround within 7 days.
- Minor faults — everything else, including cosmetic issues, inconvenience and non-core features: within 30 days.
A workaround that restores the core function counts as a fix for the purpose of the major-fault window, with the underlying issue then treated as minor.
If we fail to fix a major fault within its window, you may cancel and receive a proportionate refund for the affected period. Nothing here removes your statutory rights: these windows set out what we consider a reasonable time to repair, and do not limit any right you have by law where the service is faulty or not as described.
Your data and your clan's data
You keep ownership of the content you enter. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it in order to run the service.
Clan leaders and officers are responsible for having a proper basis to enter data about their members, and for telling them that DIToolbox is being used. Members can exercise their data rights from their Account page, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We keep backups, but you should export anything you cannot afford to lose. We are not liable for data lost through your own imports, deletions or officer actions.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another clan's data, or any account that is not yours.
- Do not resell, sublicense or share paid access outside the clan it was bought for.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent licensing or rate limits.
- Do not upload unlawful content, or content you have no right to share.
Ownership and the game
DIToolbox, including its calculation engine, remains ours. Your purchase buys access, not the software.
DIToolbox is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, NetEase, or Discord. Diablo Immortal and all related marks belong to their respective owners. Game data and formulas are community-derived, may be inaccurate, and can be invalidated by any game update.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or losses arising from a match, event or roster decision made using DIToolbox. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your access
You can stop using DIToolbox at any time and cancel from your Account page. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, or if a payment fails and is not resolved.
If we end your access for a reason other than a breach by you, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period, and for lifetime access we will refund on a fair basis reflecting how long you have had it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For changes that materially affect paying customers, we will give at least 30 days' notice through the app or Discord before they take effect. Continuing to use DIToolboxafterwards means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there.
