Questions

Is DIToolbox free?

Running a clan is free up to 60 members, without Discord automation. The build calculator and the other player tools are free for anyone, with no account. All of the documentation is free to read.

What do I pay for?

Two things: more than 60 members, and Discord automation — roster posts, attendance calls, RSVP buttons and /submit_stats. Plans start at £5.99 a month for the whole clan, not per member.

Do my members need accounts?

Only to submit their own stats or RSVP. A clan leader maps a Discord handle to a character, and that is what puts someone on rosters. Members never pay.

Does it need a Discord server?

For clan management, yes — the bot is how members are recognised and how RSVPs work. The player tools and the documentation need nothing at all.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. The clan moves to the free tier: everyone stays on the roster with their history, and the roster becomes read-only until you upgrade or archive down to 60.
